Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Costs All orders qualify for free delivery. There are no postage charges — what you see is what you pay.
Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, please allow the following for delivery:
Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
How We Package Your Jewellery All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Jewellery is wrapped securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend keeping all original packaging in case you need to return an item.
Tracked & Insured Postage Due to the value of our items, all orders are sent using a tracked and insured postal service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within a reasonable timeframe, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Orders We take great care in packaging all orders. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at Sales@Adoredgems.co.uk with your order number and photos of any damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and in their original packaging where possible.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or is not as described. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded on eligible returns.
